Improving call centre advisor knowledge and confidence in selling BlackBerry products and solutions, the Grow with BlackBerry Roadshow made training engaging and fun.

DESIGN

Ambition created and developed the overall look and feel of the Grow with BlackBerry roadshow.

EXPERIENTIAL

Call centre staff were invited to a series of training sessions and encouraged to visit the BlackBerry stand where brand ambassadors would demonstrate and educate around handsets to help increase staff confidence when advising about the product. The roadshow Visited Preston Brook & Leeds.

STAFF INCENTIVE

A Bi-hourly quiz created competition, excitement and a general buzz around BlackBerry with the call centre staff answering questions about the handsets to receive prizes on the spot!
